About Hot Oil Steam Splash Suit
The 'Airofresh' Hot Oil Steam Splash Suit is available in both one-piece and two-piece designs (trousers and coat) to protect wearers from high heat, fire waves, and high-pressure steam surges. This four-layer suit includes:
- Outer Layer: CSM material for water and chemical resistance.
- Second Layer: Vapor barrier.
- Third Layer: Thermal barrier.
- Fourth Layer: FR cotton.
The jacket features detachable and washable inner insulation, reflective FR tapes, a drag rescue strap, and a radio pocket. The trousers have an elastic fit with knee reinforcement and similar construction to the jacket. The fabric withstands up to 50 kg/cm pressure and 350 degree C steam temperature, and up to 100 kg/cm pressure and 400 degree C temperature for hydrocarbons.
